I joined Action Sealtite in December 2022 coming from leading an SME sporting goods manufacturing businesses for a boutique investment firm. I was excited to join Flowmax because of the potential opportunities to grow the Action Sealtite group of companies by driving organic growth and through acquisition.

My first year was a learning curve, but having settled into the position and with a great team around me I am looking forward to further develop our export business as well as welcoming a new international subsidiary to the group.
