What can you expect from Flowmax?
Strategy & Training
We work with businesses to develop a mid term strategy and support short term delivery by agreeing an annual plan and developing a budget. We invest in our leaders with development programmes carried out by accredited third party trainers and inhouse experts.
Finance
There is access to funding and financial investment to aid strategic growth and acquisitions, as well as support, advice and reporting from our inhouse Finance Director and Assistant.
Legal & HR
Inhouse Legal Council for informal advice and support with formal agreements and contracts. Group wide external HR agency with dedicated support staff for confidential advice, annual engagement surveys and onboarding support.
Marketing
Inhouse Head of Marketing offering CMO level support and two external senior consultants who can support local marketing teams bring their strategies to life and add resource where needed.
