As a long standing member of the Flowmax Group we have evolved together since 2003. Being part of a Group does come with some Corporate Compliance but it is by no means Big Company and has actually led to improvements in our operations by becoming more professional as a result.

The approach to decision making is consultative and we are allowed the freedom to operate and make our own decisions. A combined background in Chemistry and Finance has provided me with a unique perspective and understanding of the Engineering and Process markets in which we operate. My strongest beliefs are consultative support to customers and clients, the training, development and investment in our employees, and simple well communicated plans and strategy.
