I joined Whisper in 1996 when the previous owner set up the business. I was a minority shareholder. My partner in the business sold a majority to Flowmax. I kept my shares. He later sold the balance of his and moved on. Joining Flowmax Group in 2019 was a timely progression, giving us support and backing previously not available.

Initially there were challenges, but ultimately it has added strength and expertise throughout the team at Whisper. The training provided by Flowmax has given all the staff a better understanding of the business and themselves. This has helped improve our customers experience and explore new growth and marketing opportunities.
