I joined Flowmax for a fresh perspective and a new challenge. The complexity of the group with the small companies all having their own ways of workings certainly gives you a different set of challenges from day to day, however it makes the role more interesting and enjoyable.

I joined Flowmax in 2023 after a career which has taken in the BBC and the automotive industry where in my final role I headed up regional Financial Planning and Analysis supporting a very sales focussed team.

This gave me a lot of experience in planning processes and financial reporting within a corporate fast paced environment.
