At the beginning of 2014 I joined the Technical Dept at CTS. I was able to learn a vast amount about the company, products and wider industry in a short time.

The company and group allowed me to build on skills learnt and gave me the tools to progress into a management role and I now have a great sales team working alongside me with some really great minds unearthed. I’m a living example of progression through making use of the skills and procedures learnt.
